Suzie laughed. “What kind of ridiculous vehicle is this?”
“Don’t laugh, this is an vintage cop car.” Her brother, Sean, snapped.
“Yeah? Were cops responsible of demolitions as well?”
“No, it’s just a design. Now, come on. I got the keys.” He dangled the keys in front of Suzie. He opened the door, slid into the driver’s seat, and jammed the keys into the ignition and turned.
Suzie squeezed her eyes shut as if feared the car would explode but there was no sound. She opened her eyes for just a little. Sean’s brows furrowed and turned again. Still no sound. “Guess it’s broken.” She walked away, laughing out loud.

It seems Suzie was spared some embarrassment. Dialog was great in this one.

Yinglan, I think whoever gave Sean those keys was playing a joke on him. Poor guy. Well written. đ — Susan

Dear Yinglan, Wouldn’t you know that when Sean wanted to show his sister something cool – it wouldn’t start. Poor Sean, and just like a sister, Suzie laughs on cue! Cute story and you are a VERY GOOD WRITER! Nan đ
